Nutrition coaching is rooted in an animal based approach, addressing root causes of health issues, support optimal performance, and eliminate cravings—without restriction or burnout.
I work with all ages and people of all experience levels who want to build lean muscle, lose body fat, and feel strong, capable, and confident in their bodies. Post-injury or returning after time off? I’ll help you rebuild safely and effectively.
